To take full advantage of your Hello Kitty Beauty Spa (HKBS) experience, we encourage you to read through our T&Cs 

 

Appointments:

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time. Treatments will be charged at full price.

 

Cancellations:

The treatments you have booked are especially devoted to you. A 6-hour cancellation notice is kindly required, or we regret a 30% fee of the total treatment cost will be charged.

In the case of a missed appointment, a 50% fee of the total treatment cost will be charged

Packages & Sparties have a separate cancellation policy (detailed below)

 

Children:

To respect the other guests and the Spa environment we request you to make ensure that the children do not run around the spa or bother other guests. As a respect to other guests, we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that your children are well behaved. Any broken item or damage to the spa due to negligence will be charged accordingly.

 

Events & Sparties:

• Bookings can be done in person or online but required to sign booking agreement.

• To secure your event booking, a Hello Kitty Beauty Spa Event Booking Confirmation form needs to be completed and signed 

• Payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price.

• Balance payment for the party to be paid on the day before the start of the event. Any extra charges to be paid at the end of the event.

• Booking for packages should be done at least 1 week in advance and minimum of 2 weeks if there are any third party add-ons from A La Carte Menu. 

• Confirmation is required a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the party, the food choices and number of guests attending. You will be charged based on the numbers you confirm. Any extra guests attending the event will be charged separately (please note that for the time being party bookings are for a maximum of 20 guests).

• A list of guests attending needs to be provided no later than five (5) days prior to the event.

• If you need to reschedule your party this can be done free of charge when done with a minimum (10) days’ notice, if rescheduling occurs less than ten (10) days’ an AED250 fee will apply and the balance of the deposit can be credited for other services. All third-party payments & orders made for the event will be charged accordingly.   

• In case of cancelation less than five (5) days prior to the booking, an AED500 fee will apply and the balance of the deposit can be credited for other services. All third-party payments & orders made for the event will be charged accordingly.   

• Any changes made on the day of the party will be charged in full regardless whether the service/treatment was performed or not. The guest is accountable for any changes made.

• The Spa will not be held responsible for any adverse reaction to any treatment or service.

• Please advise the Party Organizer if you have any concerns about a treatment or service.

• Men are not allowed during the event. 

• Please arrive early to greet your guests. 

• All payments must to be settled upon arrival at Hello Kitty Beauty Spa.

• Upon arrival, name tag will be given to the guests and they will be requested to fill in the Attendance Register.

• Please note you are responsible for your party guests’ behavior - Spa Etiquette to be respected

• Please make sure to secure your belongings before leaving the Spa. The Spa will not be liable for any lost items. The Spa will be closed to the public for the duration of your party. Please ensure you do not exceed the time given. Any extra time required will be charged separately.

 

Deposits:

We reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit in order to secure an appointment, an event or a Sparty. Any changes to the appointment or event must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policies. 

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

There are no refunds for services, deposits or products. 

HKBS reserves the right to issue a credit note on a case by case basis.

Products can be exchanged for other products or service IF unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Hello Kitty Beauty Spa.

HKBS will not accept the exchange of any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased.

 

Gift Vouchers:

Available for treatments & Services, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. When redeemed, change cannot be given or a credit applied. Vouchers valid for a single transaction only. Vouchers may be exchanged for services of higher value on payment of difference. 

Vouchers are subjected to verification and valid only if signed. and dated when issued. Mutilated or defaced vouchers will not be honored. Voucher are non-exchangeable in cash or other gift vouchers partially or completely. Vouchers are valid only at the specified HKBS location. Management reserves the right to alter any of the terms & conditions of the vouchers at any time without prior notice. Please ensure you book the appointment with the relevant location prior to your visit. Bookings are Subject to availability.  

 

Promotions:

We run regular promotions throughout the year on both products and services. All promotions without exception are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• specific time frame, outlined in the published information

• promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

• subject to availability

• only while stocks last

 

Security:

When visiting the Spa we recommend minimal jewelry as it can easily be lost and can hamper treatments.

No items may be left on the premises when you depart, please ensure that you take all your belongings with you.

 

Mobile Phones, Smart Phones and Tablets:

We ask that all handheld electronics are kept on silent or turned off for the relaxation of all clients.

 

Modification to the Services & Prices:

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Published Prices are exclusive to each salon and are subject to change without prior notice.
